SATV Industries is a manufacturer and supplier of Semi Automatic Auger Filling Machine, a compact machine, self-supported on SS legs with height adjustment. The machine is precisely built on a strong welded MS. Frame and doily clad with SS. The powder filling unit is mounted on pillars and supported by a top plate with height adjustment.
The previously cleaned containers are placed on the filling machine platform. As soon as the bottle is sensed by the bottle sensor, the magnetic clutch starts rotating which is mounted on the auger shaft. It will fill the desired amount of powder into the container through the auger after completing the bottle pass filling for sealing
Semi-automatic auger filling is a type of semi-automatic powder filling machine. It is convenient and well-suited for filling small powder, ultra-fine powder, fine small granules, and other similar materials.
